This September, I’m joining the Victoria Trail Trekkers for the Great Canadian Hike—and I’d love for you to join us.
From September 1 to 30, Canadians will be walking, running, cycling, paddling, and rolling to support the Trans Canada Trail and the vital work of maintaining and improving Canada’s national trail network.
Our team goal is to log 1,750 kilometres together—the full length of the Trans Canada Trail route through British Columbia. We’ll begin by aiming for the 215-kilometre Vancouver Island portion, then see how far we can go together.
Every kilometre counts: on local trails, through your neighbourhood, at the gym, or wherever you choose to get moving.
It’s free to join the team:

When registering, you can set your personal fundraising goal and kilometres to zero if you wish. We are working collectively toward a team fundraising goal of $1,000 in support of trail maintenance and accessibility.
Please share this invitation with friends, family, and fellow trail users. Let’s get outside, get active, and show how far our community can go together.
